What you know can make a difference to someone else.

Bring something of yourself

There is more than
one way to contribute.

Start with the kind of difference you would like to make. We can explore the right fit together.

Share what you know.

Help people develop a skill, see a new perspective or build confidence. Talk to the team about contributing your teaching or practical experience.

Give your time.

Bring your energy and experience to the organisation’s work. Explore where your contribution could be useful, through an arrangement with the team.

Build something together.

Support learning access, connect a programme with your community or explore an organisational partnership with a shared purpose.

Start where you are.

You do not need a formal role to be useful. Join the Community, offer a thoughtful answer and help someone feel welcome.

Can I contribute, volunteer or work with SkillUp Africa?
Yes. You can explore ways to contribute and speak with the team about teaching, volunteering or partnership opportunities. Arrangements are agreed with the team; membership is not an automatic placement in a programme or role.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Community membership is free. Individual courses and programmes may have their own access requirements or costs. Those details are shown before you enrol or apply.
Do I need to have studied with SkillUp Africa before?
No. You can join when you are discovering a skill, changing direction or looking for a community to grow with. Independent membership is for adults. Age-appropriate access and safeguarding apply to younger people; the joining process explains eligibility.
