Follow structured paths in the Academy, or train in person at a hub.

Step 03 — Build
Turn what you learned into assignments, projects and real work.
Evidence beats claims. Everything you complete becomes part of a record you own and can show. Assignments, projects and assessed records are planned, not available in this release.
Step 04 — Connect
Find the people working on what you are working on.
Fields, cities, cohorts and interests — the Community is how members stop learning in isolation. Community connections are planned, not live yet.
Step 05 — Grow
Take on harder work, lead a project, or move into a new field.
We do not promise a job. We make you easier to take seriously when the opportunity comes. Project leadership and opportunity tools are planned.

Mentor someone behind you, or give time to your community.
